So I feel like we've given this product a fair test. The first one we came across had a broken regulator which was very easy to remove. The exchange process was very easy (thanks). The stove is really beautiful, light and has so much potential! So we got our second one, hired a professional to install it (150.00) and I was so excited. However, my HPuse smelled of gas the first time I used it. The plumber said it was because he had to bleed the pipes. I aired out my house (because it was gorgeous) so it was time to try out my new stove and I was so excited!) Baby, here comes a very helpful tip on ignition issues. It took a few seconds (6-10) for the flame to appear. As soon as you let go of the handle, the flame goes out. It would take two or three times to actually receive its light. And the gas would still flow. The double flame in the middle only burns. This happens the second time the burner is lit. I'm not stupid, I've been cooking on a gas stove for ten years. We quickly took the furnace out, bought a more reliable brand, and my husband installed it, sealed it, and that was it within 30 minutes. We cooked odorless gas in no time. We didn't have to "bleed the lines". I can leave my house and go to sleep at night without worrying about my house exploding. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
