I destroyed my father's old gauze. So I bought him new ones for Christmas. We ended up taking them apart early so we could lefse, as is our Christmas tradition, and it worked out great. We've used both the rolling pin sleeve and gauze with no problems. I have read reviews that they are not of the highest quality but in my opinion they were perfect for our purposes. I think they might be exactly the same as the old ones we had that were over 30 years old. So in summary I have no complaints about this product - it worked great for home use and I got back the brownie points I lost from my dad when I ruined his old gauze. :)
