Part Description for Engine Cooling and Climate Control

This part is advertised as a water outlet cover. The description is very vague. Because 1.8 liter Acura engines have two different water outlet caps that also connect the upper or lower radiator hoses. They are not interchangeable! Please advise which application of the four seasons 85143 I am buying. Here is the Acura part number for the top I need. 19315-PR4-A01
