Since I started working full time from home about 3 months ago, I've found myself working longer than ever or; At the end of the day, my eyes hurt physically and I had trouble concentrating (visually, not mentally). That seems to help. The frames look like real good quality glasses, not drugstore sunglasses. They have a slight yellow tinge. It seems to me that they are converting the screen from a harsh bluish white LED (>6000K) to a warmer glow color (3000-2700K), making it noticeably softer but not cartoonishly yellow. It seems much more efficient to just put them on than trying to play with monitor buttons and "night light" settings on the various operating systems I use. I wish they came with a hard case but everyone has such different tastes with it I think it's probably best if you can pick your own. For those wondering about the exact frame dimensions, they are listed as 55-18-138.
