I liked that I could add the Lenovo app and customize my settings even more than what Windows offers. This laptop is super light and thin - it's practically a supermodel. I like that I can switch slides and the red dot tells me the camera is closed. The foil is a little hard to see because it's black on black, so I took a metallic silver marker and marked it. I cleaned the lid almost every day. It quickly became obsolete, so I got a nice skin. always work around Mind you I'm not an expert, I'm an end user and I think this laptop will suffice. When the box arrived, there was no charger included. I emailed the seller straight away and they shipped one out right away. Mistakes happen, but they were very responsive.
