This is a good all round case for an outdoor TV. It appears to be a high quality thick material and the stitching looks good/should hold up. It's more focused on the much older "first generation" flat screens, as we'll call them. The case is designed for a 40-42" TV, but the "pocket" is so wide I could probably fit a 50" in it. It was designed for a much thicker TV, not modern thin sets. Also, the included plastic lid that had to stay over the set was just a big clear garbage bag that was crumpled. a good way to cover the TV and it would be a distraction anyway. I threw away the plastic and just used the storage lid when not in use. Otherwise, it will roll up behind the TV. Overall I'm happy with the protection but not much with the use. If a half star was possible I would give it 3 1/2.
