The features I like most are that it makes scheduling easy since you can do all this through your cell phone or ipad to make sure there is no issue with getting people in the field at their time.The support team as well as product managers are very supportive of questions we have regarding using their software. There isn't much that comes up often but when something does come up they help really quickly! Nothing just yet! It has allowed our business to expand by having more branches open in less amount of time which means we could help out many customers easier because of that which was what our goals were so far. I like that it allows me to keep track of all my clients in one place instead having each individual client logged into their own phone or computer program which can be difficult sometimes when you need access from anywhere at any time! Also love how customizable this software really helps with training your staff because they are able customize what information gets pulled up during an appointment so not only do we know who our customers have been but also where exactly those appointments took them!!
