There is real thought behind these therapy balls
Having experienced increased stiffness and weakness in my hands lately, I have tried a few different types of squeeze balls or cushions, with ho-hum results. This may have been because I expected too much, too soon, or that the simple squeeze action alone is simply not effective. The 3 firmness levels included in the package and the 5 exercises described make it possible to customize the activity to better address my needs. The only drawback is that the instructions are a bit sparse - I know, how tough can it be - and I will have to play with them a bit to ensure I use them properly. The product is of good quality and well designed. Concerns about the sticky factor are unfounded, I found them easy to hold onto without sticky residue. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.
