It doesn't seem to help!

I have very hard water here in Nevada and I've tried everything but nothing seems to work. This stuff doesn't seem to mean much, or it doesn't matter at all. The best solution I've found recently to keep my swamp cooler running cooler and more efficiently is to drain it daily and refill it with fresh water.
