I was skeptical about the battery powered bug killer but it really works and works well! Charges quickly and works until the evening. I tested it indoors when we noticed small moths appearing around the house which they effectively attract and trap. I put it outside for further testing and within an hour it caught 5-6 small bugs. The hexagonal holes are 8mm wide, making them suitable for small insects and ideal for mosquitoes. This would deter large moths and possibly gnats. One night I put it on and a small butterfly flew past me and right into the trap in the bee's straight line. Please note that the instructions on how to remove the bottom panel for cleaning are not clear. The base unscrews and removes with a quick 10 degree counter-clockwise rotation. So far, the bugs I've caught have been easily blown up. Cool product!
