UPDATE 8/1/17: E-GREEN is the bestseller of all time! They contacted me PROACTIVELY, apologized for the quality control issue on my first order, FULLY refunded my $7.99, PLUS they shipped me a new box of Pet N Pet 200 Tie Handle Dog Litter Bags! They have contacted me via email saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and are very interested in knowing if the replacement box has any defects so they can resolve the issue at their manufacturing facility. The replacement box arrived a few days later, ALL BAGS ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION - Hooray! Then today I literally received the 2nd free box - everything is also in PERFECT CONDITION. I am so thankful that I plan to give some "sample" bags to my friends and family with dogs and/or cats so hopefully they understand what a good product E-Green sells and become regular customers. - like me! (I have removed my photos of the cut packets as I now have 400 PERFECT, UNDAMAGED packets - thanks again E-GREEN!) Open the box - 32 packets are CUT - useless! (Well I've counted 32 so far, but there could be more discs - I didn't try to open every packet and stopped when I found a whole bunch). However, this means I paid $0.0475 per bag - almost five cents per bag. Who knows, maybe there are more cut open that I haven't discovered yet. Damn! While I love the size of these flimsy plastic bags for getting rid of clumps of poop and my cat's urine, I am very frustrated that so many of them have been (mechanically? I guess) cut up and disposed of this way.
