They can do anything, but we couldn't always figure out what was going wrong with their systems until it had been fixed by them! But they're great people too who are easygoing and friendly as well as professional - so if all else fails just ask for someone's help (and expect patience!). I know that there won't be any problems from Softpulse; everything works perfectly thanks in large part to the support staff here. We use the system primarily for inventory management within our organization. Softpulse has been very helpful in developing my website and managing our online sales process. They are always quick to respond, and their support is also great. I would definitely recommend them! Nothing so far. We are solving all of our e-commerce problems using softpulse.
