Neolynx has helped us with our email campaigns, our CRM (Salesforce), and also our Marketing automation. We have also been able to use the Salesforce integration with our website and our CRM. Neolynx has been very professional and have been great to work with. I do not have any dislikes. Neolynx has truly set us on the right path and has helped with the implementation and optimization of our processes. They have also been extremely helpful with our marketing efforts. We have used Marketing automation and Email marketing and Neolynx has helped us with that as well. I believe that Neolynx will continue to develop and help us continue to move forward with our business goals. I like the concept of this software. It's really easy to use. I did not have any problems using or understanding it. There was nothing I disliked about this product. The software is very user friendly which makes training for new users easy. This software has great capabilities. It can be adjusted to fit most companies needs. We are solving our need to communicate with customers faster.
