I like how easy it is to navigate through their site because they have so many tools for you as an agent or broker! It's very user friendly which makes us feel more comfortable with using this software compared other softwares we've used previously while searching online platforms before purchasing one from our brokerage firm (Celestis). Neolynx has helped us with our email campaigns, our CRM (Salesforce), and also our Marketing automation. We have also been able to use the Salesforce integration with our website and our CRM.
