Review on Vonrui by Aaron Moore

I've been a Vonrui customer for a very long time, and I'm very disappointed in both the quality of their products and the level of customer care I've experienced. Although they advertise having excellent customer service, I have found their staff to be rude, unhelpful, and plain incompetent. First of all, Vonrui's goods have been at best below par. Their products are made of cheap, readily breakable "premium" materials. I've had a number of things break down after only a few uses, and whenever I've attempted to get them replaced or refunded, I've only encountered resistance and justifications. Their customer support has been a complete nightmare. Every time I've attempted to get in touch with them about a problem, I've either been put on hold for a very long time or switched from one representative to another without receiving a clear answer. The reps themselves lack professionalism and appear to be completely clueless. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest Vonrui to anyone. Their customer support is a nightmare, and their products are of poor quality. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.
