I purchased the EVERIE Hinged Sous Vide Folding Lid to use with the Rubbermaid Storage Box (Fg631200Clr) and Anova Culinary Precision Cooker (AN500-US00). The Anover brew just doesn't fit in the recess of the plastic lid. He's sitting on plastic. In order to place, remove, or adjust anything in a Rubbermaid container, the EVERIE lid must be removed completely. It was a waste of money. Please note that the product description states that the lid is 'intended' for use with ANOVA sous vide instruments. It goes on to say that it only "fits well" with the AN500-US00. It doesn't even come close! If you have the AN500-US00 model, this product must be difficult for you.
