Comfortable relief in my review
I was torn between giving this heat/cold wrap 3 or 4 stars. It's confortable and does provide relief when heated but cools off much sooner than I expected based on other reviews. The tiny beads shift so you may need to reshape the wrap every so often but that's not a big deal. The ties are super long and I'm considering cutting them off or at least shortening them since I don't use them.I haven't used it as a cold pack so I can't comment on how that mode works.
- Can be a great alternative to medication for pain relief
- It may take too long to cool down after being heated, making it less convenient for use as a cold therapy option
