Review on Upgrade Your Home Theater with Denon DHT-S316 Soundbar System: Wireless Subwoofer, Virtual Surround Sound & Bluetooth Compatibility by Elang ᠌

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

I bought it for use with a 55 "Samsung TV. There were 2 essential requirements: DTS support and the height of the subwoofer is not more than a certain one. Mainly because of falling into these characteristics, I took it. Well, the price, of course, is reasonable I connected the supplied HDMI cable to the eARC port of the TV. the acoustics are recognized, the volume is controlled by the TV remote control. However, DTS is not transmitted, the maximum is DD. A suitable item in the TV settings menu is not active. I will try to order an HDMI 2.1 cable with explicit eARC support The length of the supplied HDMI cable is too long considering that the panel is attached under the screen. 50 cm would be just right. This is exactly what I'm looking for The kit includes 2 power cords 1.5 m long. For a subwoofer - it's normal, but for a panel - it's short, given that the connector on the panel is poorly oriented. I had to urgently look for where you can buy a 3-meter Both the panel and the subwoofer are decorated with fabric. I'm afraid there will be problems with cat hair

Pros
  • Good speech detail. Normal bass for everyday viewing of both TV and movies Irregular indicators. They do not blind and do not distract at all when they burn
Cons
  • The power and HDMI connectors on the soundbar itself are not very well oriented. They look in different directions. Given that the panel is mounted under the TV, it would be logical to orient them upwards, so it would be easier to route the cables behind the TV

Different pros: the sound is very natural and not overloaded in "both" directions, the sub works fine via bluetooth With its cons. so far everything is fine, I use the second week
