I bought 2 webcams to be able to compare and this one won. The product is well built and doesn't feel cheap, although it was very reasonable. The picture is clear, the colors are natural. I was told that the sound is good on the receiving end. Plug and play was great because I use a work computer and they don't authorize the installation of software. I don't have a protective case installed - I just unplug it when not in use. I've been using it in Zoom and Teams since I've had good results. Both recognized him automatically. The ring of light is nice and bright, but not too bright, but I mostly use the light from a table lamp instead. Autofocus updates well with a slight lag. I would recommend.
