Inexpensive and gets the job done but unreliable
I bought 3 of these to lift steel plates for a steel arch building. They do their job well, but if I needed them for a long time I would take something better. The case/frame steel flexes so much that the pawl sometimes disengages under heavy loads (but within specs).
- Ratchet mechanism with strong hook that works in both directions, flexible design to adjust. The mooring hook is equipped with a safety latch designed for excellent lifting capacity.
