Warm and allows maximum movement for upper body exercises
I bought this jacket for aqua aerobics in a pool with a temperature of 54-62 degrees. The jacket along with the neoprene pants keep me warm and comfortable during my 40 minute workout. I was able to do upper body exercises because the jacket allowed maximum freedom of movement. It rose a little and when I pulled it down some water poured into it. But it was only a brief moment of cold, and then everything was fine. I am very happy with it. I think it is true to size. I ordered a large and I usually wear a top 14.
