So far so good: Clean the toilet
I've always used plastic trays and mostly think of them as disposable items. You can only clean them so often until the cat box smell has permanently settled in the plastic. We swap ours out about every two years. This is a great flexible use case. It's light and high enough that my cat doesn't throw trash everywhere. When flattened it is ideal for kittens or older kittens who are less mobile. The included shovel hangs neatly on the side so it's always accessible.
