I really liked this product. It was advertised for a much needed cause. It's a shame the engineers sacrificed strength for lightness. Balancing the laptop so it doesn't fall over, especially in bed, was also a challenge to find a position that compensated for the softness of the mattress. I almost went to the store to find longer pieces of cane or wood to attach to the lower legs, but gave up the idea because the legs weren't wide enough for all but the thinnest of people. I'm 6ft tall and only 161lbs with skinny hips and toned legs. He needs at least two centimeters more width. Another factor is the connection between the round base and the laptop platform, which has play in addition to rotation. That, along with the other ports and the material it's made of, makes the whole thing very shaky. The final and final reason for my decision to return it is that the bottom two horizontal legs cannot be adjusted to be in the same plane (see product photo on a flat surface of a furniture build). One or the other leg on my device is either too high or too low to fix with the next hole in either direction. Others don't seem to have had this problem. But all the others are enough to wait for a more durable and broader product to hit the market.
