Update: After my initial review above the seller contacted and was concerned as to why I was unhappy. Another kit was sent and they walked me through the installation process step by step. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was very important to them. This inspired me and after receiving and installing the replacement I can say that the product is definitely of high quality. Customer service, if possible, even better. See 2nd photo for item replacement after application. First Review: Carefully adhered to the first of three screen protectors. Was disappointed that a corner never fully sank and that corner stayed "up". Other bubbles have been rubbed/burst but not the top right corner. I'm concerned that this corner might get stuck and eventually come loose. Instructions were followed to the letter using the materials provided with the utmost care. I've been putting screen protectors on phones, tablets, and cameras for years, but this is the first problem I've encountered. See 2 attached photos to show the problem area.
