When I received them, they arrived on time, they were not packed in a special packaging, they fit perfectly in a box that did not need to be wrapped. They don't smell bad either. It's great if your kid likes these things, but I think they're pointless. They are very well made and I have had them for three months now. In fact, they are very easy to clean and convenient to store. I don't think I really understand the meaning of such things. My daughter liked to stack them inside each other and then bang them on the floor, but other than that I just don't see the need for it. I gave it five stars because even if my kid didn't like it, that doesn't mean other kids don't like it. They are very high quality foam. They are not easily damaged. I highly recommend
