At first the medium was a little roomy, the arms a smidge long and the bottom cuffs hit the floor. But after putting through a cold wash and warm dryer, the fit is okay, but with (major) shrinkage in both arm and leg length. The inseam after washing is 31", the top back length is 26.5". I wish the legs had stayed longer, but they give a tad with a little bit of a tug on the inseam (like with levis). I am 5'5½", long legs and long arms, normally wear Medium tops and size 8 (or 6) pants, and it is a miracle when I can find pajamas that actually cover my ankles.
