The wallpaper I had to remove had been on the wall for a good 30 years. I followed the directions first and it worked, just like every other product I've tried. I was a bit taken aback. I then tried a new section of the wall, scribing the paper more aggressively, then took a razor and cut larger sections. After applying WP Chomp to the new area as recommended, I waited about 10 minutes, tried peeling off a small area and it was still pretty good on the wall. So I applied a second coat, waited another 10 minutes and the wallpaper largely peeled off leaving very little glue or paper on the wall. I sprayed a little on what was left on the wall and it immediately disappeared. This method took 1/3 the time compared to the original method as I spent a lot less time cleaning up the paper and glue. This is exactly what I had to do to get the paper off the wall. I am happy with the results.
