Working (TRENDnet 2-Port KVM Switch, no audio cables)

I ordered a different brand junction box from Revain and it didn't work. It looks like it has the same connection cables, but the cables to the two computers were separate and only the USB cable was included. They provided video cables. It has video and USB together in one cable. Also, the other brand only had one button to toggle between computers 1 and 2, while this one has one button for each computer. Aside from these differences, both brands seem to be connected in a very similar way. Both brands appeared to be of good quality, but this one works. Quality doesn't matter if the device doesn't work. I am returning a different brand and I am very satisfied with the TRENDnet device. I bought the 2 port version without the audio cable so I can't say if they work. But I don't know why they didn't. I liked that everything I needed came with this unit. Another brand cost about the same but didn't supply all the cables needed. There may be something wrong with one of my video cables, but they have been removed from working computers. In any case, I think it makes sense to have all the necessary cables bundled with the device. It is also a very compact device. I guess I'll have to secure the box with a zip tie or velcro or something to keep it from moving. But that's also a plus as it doesn't get in the way and I only have to touch it when I switch computer view modes. I am happy with this purchase.
