This product has helped us to manage our stores very well by giving better visibility of stock across branches as we are all over the world now. It was easy for me to use this one since I am new in it but once you get used with that everything will be fine. No issues at this end so far. We have been using it from past 3 years and its performance is good always. Very useful tool if i compare to other competitors products like OREO etc. As said above nothing much to mention here just go ahead with the best decision possible otherwise your competition gets advance than you only way forward. The benefit what i got form their support system they provide free trial before purchase too make sure about that because sometimes some features or services costs after buying. Better visibility within team and overall process control.
