I have a narrow but long garden. That's great. I can set it up quickly and it's not a permanent fixture. My 8 year old can *almost* put it on by himself, the clip can be tricky for little hands. If it's windy I'll experiment with a sandbag once it gets warmer. It was PERFECT for an outside quarantine/lockdown toy. I understand why/where people say she is fragile. The plastic tube rests on a metal pin that fits into the hole to hold the bars up and back to lower them. This must be done carefully so that the plastic does not tear. I've also found that adjusting the net to one fully deployed end and then the other end BEFORE fully deploying reduces stress on these sections. the cost of the whole set, I'm more than willing to replace them with better racquets after my kids learn to play. I actually bought 2 more racquets so 4 can play at the same time. Birds are great and work well. You can get glowing/glowing for night games. The case has ALL the things that go with it, plus 2 more bats and 3 more birds and there's room for extra. It is lightweight and easy to carry. The plastic feels a little light, if dropped on a hard surface it will likely break.
