This is exactly what I was looking for. My 29 gallon has had Tex Blast gravel in it for a long time. I wanted to add more gravel to my aquarium but unfortunately Tex Blast is no longer available. When I saw the Carib Sea Peace River I thought it might work. Well, not only did it work, but it came together so well you wouldn't even guess I added the new to the old. The plants in my tank love the size of this gravel. They have a strong root system and grow well. In addition, leftover food cannot get into pockets and pollute the water. This is very fine gravel (1-2mm) but I can pump it with no problem. I just make sure the gravel doesn't get too far into the pipe. This creates a wonderful natural environment for plants and fish. Very relaxing to watch. If you want to create this type of aquarium, do not hesitate to buy this gravel. Just make sure to wash thoroughly. I have washed mine about 6 times and added water conditioner on the last wash so I can add them straight to my aquarium. Works great, looks great and I couldn't be happier.
