The integration with our email marketing platform is fantastic! They are always responsive and easy to work with! I would love more features like being able to segment by channel but other than that it's great! We get a lot of engagement through our emails so this has allowed us to scale up as well. This system has been so helpful to our team and has helped to cut down on the amount of emails we have to send out which helps us be more focused on the content of those emails instead of sending them all out at once!
