My 3 year old granddaughter loved this gift as she could use it right away during her actual flight. Unfortunately, as I saw, the thick foam neck rest felt too bulky for her to comfortably tilt her head back. Instead, as she fell asleep, her head leaned forward, pressed against the hard mass. Although the eye mask worked well. For a very cute and fun kid version, they don't seem to think much about the little necks they'll be using. My granddaughter insisted on keeping this Christmas present, but as she gets older she'll probably see its inconvenient utility. The storage pouch was a nice feature though.
