Some broken equipment
While I'm generally happy with these filters for my Waterwise still, I want to mention one major issue: when I change these filters and slide back the big red square tab, there's often an excess of Coal charcoal falling from the sieve. It is always too late to return or contact the seller. I also think they overestimate what you get. I'm considering buying coal and refueling myself. When you get them, open all the red tabs and check for broken screens as soon as possible so you can get back into the 30 day window.
