I have been taking Ferodox daily before exercise for about 6 weeks now. I use it specifically as a workout supplement to maximize results in the gym. I started bulking when I first started taking this supplement and it took about a week or less before I started noticing significant changes in how I felt and looked. I've grown like crazy since I started taking Ferodox, especially in the thickness of my lats, of course with the help of proper diet and sleep. I believe that lower cortisol levels and improved mood are directly related to faster recovery. On the mental side of Ferodrox are the real benefits. What I used to do as work sets I'm now using to warm up, and I honestly feel like I'd be able to do that while just holding back. No longer. Since turning on Ferodox, my 10RM bench press has increased by nearly 40 pounds, my 20RM squat has increased significantly, making my old 10RM my new 20RM, and my 5RM on the Deadlift is now my 10RM.
