These are great for improving your console's accuracy. I've been a PC gamer for a long time and I've always had a hard time getting used to the sticks rather than the keyboard and mouse. They definitely help a lot. In addition, the SNIPR version gives your Xbox sticks a convex design instead of the original concave controller design. It is very similar to the PS3 controller and I think it makes the game more comfortable. All in personal preference.
