who really did it

The item I received is counterfeit. It is called ezcap audio, it is written that it is made in China and there is absolutely no information on the product or on the packaging that could identify the manufacturer. Based on comparing the product to the photos of what I ordered online this could be the same item but I highly doubt this is the case. I used it once as a tape recorder and it's ok, but not very good. I haven't tried it as a tape to mp3 converter yet. The name "DigitalLife" is NOWHERE on the product or packaging I received.
