Not perfect, but not bad either. Slides off backpack straps.
As mentioned, the slippery vinyl backing will cause the strap attachment to slip off the backpack strap (especially when the backpack strap gets narrower like most). I'll probably try to add velcro to the inside of the sleeve to keep it from slipping off. The sleeve itself looks very high quality, with matching stitching and piping around the edges. The swing arm is great for compensating for backpack straps that aren't perfectly vertical, even when using a chest strap.
