Review on F1TNERGY Running Resistance Parachute Training by Charlie Wilson
Used for my 12 year old
Not very stable even for a 12 year old. We first used this on a windless day to add some resistance on short sprints, it didn't add much. We then used it in winds of around 5mph and it seemed to work pretty well. If you are a good runner or an adult you might want to look at something with a large parachute or double parachute.
