The best thing about customer io chatbot integration with my website was that it enabled me do more in less time than other available tools I have used previously (Pipedrive mostly).
Also It has been easy as pie when implementing into our websites/apps so far! Not much dislike at this point but nothing major either :), just minor niggles here or there which can be easily worked out once you get started using them - would love if they could provide us some guidance while getting things set up initially alongwith training material etc.. So we are solving multiple problems by integrating their tool-chat bot:-1) Lead generation2-) Automation of communication3)- Better data insights4.- Cost saving5.).
