Best BOT integrated Sales Assistant ever!!!

The best thing about customer io chatbot integration with my website was that it enabled me do more in less time than other available tools I have used previously (Pipedrive mostly). Also It has been easy as pie when implementing into our websites/apps so far! Not much dislike at this point but nothing major either :), just minor niggles here or there which can be easily worked out once you get started using them - would love if they could provide us some guidance while getting things set up…

Excellent solution for automating emails

The ability of creating campaigns from scratch as well as importing our own content (like text files) makes it easy to create engaging email experiences that are personalized with my customers' data without having any code or development skills required! I cannot say enough good things about this product - we've used so many different tools in our 20 years building software companies but customer io has been by far one of our best decisions yet!!   • Ability for users who aren't technical savvy too add their emails easily using csv file uploads rather than complicated html tables.
  • Integration wuth MailChimp is seamless & great quality deliverability stats available at no extra charge
