Review on πŸš— Maxsa 20013 Large Heated Travel Blanket for Cars - 12V Car Adapter, Safety Timer (41"x 57"), Navy Blue by Adam Alvarez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

heats up normally at 40 watts (is better)

Tried it out as soon as I arrived and read the instructions. if your car heater is not working properly. or when the heat is low in the back of your car, this blanket is perfect for in-car use, but not otherwise. This product is only powered by 40W DC power. Running the blanket with the car off will definitely kill your battery. If your car has no problems with heating, then you need a regular blanket. I bought it for breaks when traveling in the cold months (I have a separate generator) so I don't have to burn fuel and when I drive again I can recharge the blackout in the generator so it's still available for emergencies. This product probably makes more sense for a power boat, but the instructions specifically state not to drive it when damp or wet, but they also recommend it for boating. go figure in summary form and function. does what it says, does it well enough

Pros
  • ingeniously done
Cons
  • Modernity
