Excellent customer service from all staff at kptc

Kaptec have been very helpful in their advice and support of our business needs. They are very friendly and always go above and beyond what is required. Kaptec are always on hand to provide support and advice, and work with us to ensure we achieve our goals. I would like nothing more than to have a more formal relationship with Kaptec, and look forward to working with them in the future.

We have had a very smooth experience with Kaptec. The support provided and the advice given has been of the highest standard.

Pros

There service was great as it allowed me time for my team members which helped make things easier when they were out sick or late etc..The staff there do not rush into solutions but take enough info from you before coming up wth suggestions that help your situation at least slightly better! A fantastic place!!! :)
