Just Blah Shampoo and Conditioner

Well, for starters, came a packet of leaking shampoo. Not particularly impressed. The shampoo is very watery and the conditioner doesn't work well. My ends shine like straw. I just got my hair cut, I don't dye my hair or use any other products that aren't approved for curly girls. If it wasn't a problem I would send it back.
