Xlanet has always been able to provide us exactly what we need when it comes time to use their resources, and that is fast turn around times! The support team there are quick to respond even during non business hours or while you're trying to enjoy downtime from work life balance concerns! Nothing so far in my personal experience with this platform however I am open minded enough not have any issues at some point if they arise. Being located near Chicago our clients in the city require immediate response when problems happen such as system outages etc., This allows employees who do not live near them the ability to fix problems instantly without being too much of an inconvenience away. I had a great experience with XL.net. They were very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an IT support company. The only thing that I can think of is that they are not as quick as some other companies. But it was still a good experience overall. I would highly recommend XL.net for any business needs. I am solving many problems by using their services.
