Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

Mounting rings are just flimsy plastic items. They will not provide a rigid fastening of the speaker and sufficient tightness. In addition, they turned out to be small for my door and a gap formed between the speakers and the tunnels of the door cards. I had to buy normal MDF spacers of the desired height. But the main problem for me personally was the reproduction of sibilants by tweeters. High-frequency crickets "knocked out holes" in the nervous system. Never had such an effect in regular acoustics. However, everyone's ears are different and for many this is not a problem. I contacted the owner of the same set, he said that everything was in order and for him the reproduction of high frequencies was comfortable. I had to change the wires (to no avail), connect the acoustics per channel. I tried turning the tweeters in different directions, but the crickets even about turning onto the windshield. If you remove them with an equalizer, the sound becomes muffled, which is unacceptable. Therefore, it was decided to replace the acoustics. I installed a kit with silk tweeters from . I wonโ€™t name the company so as not to be on the list of devils scribbling left reviews for their own purposes, because Pioneer usually suits me as a manufacturer, my radio tape recorder is also pioneer. I canโ€™t say that the crickets completely disappeared on other acoustics (and Iโ€™m ready to assume that this susceptibility is an individual feature of my ears), but they were already much softer. However, Pioneer's advantage is really good detailed sound (from the point of view of a non-audiophile). I didnโ€™t notice any difference in sound detail from Pioneer and from another company to which it was replaced, they are in the same price range, but the crickets from silk tweeters are softer. Therefore, it is recommended to listen to the speakers when buying. The only trouble is that in most cases Mystery, Kiksy and the like are on store shelves, and all the variety lurks only on the pages of the network and sometimes you have to buy at random (here I personally was not lucky)))). All successful shopping.

Pros
  • For the task of improving sound, instead of regular acoustics, they are quite suitable.
Cons
  • - Spacer rings useless trash; - Tweeter mounting baskets for surface mounting have poor fixation with the speakers themselves, they simply hang out in them; - Personally, for my hearing, the high-frequency speakers did not fit, which is a shame.
