I like that it's easy to set up, very intuitive and has great reporting capabilities for all campaigns we have running (both programmatic & non). The only downfall would be if you are looking at using intent data as your primary source of ad spend tracking or campaign optimization - because there isn't an API available yet but they do say this will come soon! We use Intents in combination with our other platforms such as Google Optimize/AdWords etc..to help us understand what people were doing when searching online so we can better target them across channels. This helps with our overall ROAS which increases revenue from ads placed by search engines.
