The instructions say that before using the steamer, you need to drain the condensate, and only then use it. Well, that's logical. After all, hot steam is supplied, which, when cooled and condensed, turns into a liquid that remains in the system. Milk foam can be prepared in a special pitcher (jug) or in a regular mug. I bought a steamer because it is easier to control the cooking process in it (you can control the temperature of the milk so as not to overheat and so that it does not burn and the foam will not run away). Pour boiled water from the kettle, as indicated in the instructions. Such water will stand longer and not go out, and there will also be less scale in the coffee maker.
