Review on Chinatera by Trey Samuels

I made a buy from Chinatera not long ago, and it was a total bust. To begin with, the equipment was of low grade and started malfunctioning after only a week. Second, the accoutrements were not as advertised, and they were made of cheap, flimsy material. Their customer care was the worst part of the whole ordeal. They were unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to reach them about the problems. They refused to recognize my worries and insisted that the equipment was of high quality. As a whole, Chinatera is not a store I suggest visiting. The service is terrible, and so are the goods. Don't go through the trouble, and go elsewhere instead.
