Shoes fit well and are comfortable. They're pretty stiff, but that's what I was looking for. I also use them for training. I've improved my TT times just by switching to these shoes. The difference is small but measurable. High quality Boa dials. They hold the tension well. The shoes aren't as comfortable as my previous pair of cycling shoes, but I wouldn't say they're uncomfortable, just more race oriented and stiff. They work well and I have used them on long trips. You can pull the boa dial that pinches your toes. The Boa knob usually stops turning when you have a certain level of tension, but a couple of times I've overtightened this knob and my legs hurt afterwards. I've read some reviews that say they rub or hurt the front of your ankles, but I haven't had this problem and I've used these shoes a lot. I think it depends on the shape of your ankles and feet. I see this happens when you buy a size too small. The design of this shoe really gives your feet support. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would buy them again when my current pair wear out.
